To lead innovation in transforming elderly care services, making them more inclusive and competitive across all social backgrounds. We are driven by compassion and a person-centred approach that upholds holistic well-being, dignity, and an enhanced quality of life for the ageing community
To envision a future where elderly care across Asia is reimagined—ensuring accessible, innovative, and sustainable healthcare services for every ageing individual.
IRWAN TAIB is a seasoned healthcare operations professional with extensive experience in elderly care services and organizational development. His journey began in 2015 when he contributed to the establishment of a nursing home and advanced to the role of Assistant Head of Operations. In 2016, within the same organization, he played a pivotal role in setting up a senior care centre and was appointed Centre Manager. Building on this foundation, he joined another elderly care provider in 2018 to lead the setup and operations of a new senior care centre—a position he held until 2025.
With nearly a decade of leadership in eldercare, Irwan transitioned into entrepreneurship, founding an employment agency that specializes in placing live-in caregivers to support families with elderly care needs. He is formally trained in dementia care by Singapore General Hospital (SGH) and has completed the Impact Leadership Programme by Singapore Management University (SMU) as well as the Community Care Leaders Programme by the Agency for Integrated Care (AIC).
Ejo Ang is a registered social worker with over a decade of experience in healthcare and eldercare services. He began his career in 2013 as a Medical Social Worker with a prominent voluntary welfare organization, where he led patient support programmes such as the Staged Diabetic Empowerment Program (SDEP), self-management groups, and dialysis-focused initiatives. He also collaborated with the IT department to enhance internal workflows and played an active role in organizing public engagement events like Health for Life Day and International Volunteer Day.
In 2016, Ejo transitioned to a government-linked specialist outpatient clinic, where he provided case supervision, supported Medifund operations, and co-developed streamlined reporting systems with the department head.
His shift into eldercare began in 2019, where he contributed significantly to service ramp-up and capacity building at a senior care centre. Within nine months, he boosted centre attendance by 75% and later played a key role in achieving full operational capacity post-pandemic. He was promoted to Assistant Centre Manager, overseeing daily operations, team management, and later helped establish a new senior care centre in the same leadership role.
